changes

i've
been doing a lot of reminiscing lately about the early years of jungle's diving career in utila.

remembering the great times with great people (not you). helping to run a busy dive school in the caribbean. and the more i think about it the more i realize it was because of the staff we had more than anything else.

good, solid, honest, honorable people.

add to that cold beers and world class sunsets and you've got an unbeatable formula for success.

i ran across this on the internet the other day and was reminded of a couple of these people.
pete and ruth faulkner were a couple of these people. they've set up shop in oz these days and
i'm sure they're doing well.

i can't think of a reason they wouldn't.

they're good eggs.

They are on my good eggs list too Jungle. I'm shocked by this chivalrous display of "niceness" where has your inner curmudgeon gone?

Oh Happy Birthday as well Jungl'ay (i think it is but can't be certain coz you keep the actual date under your hat).

I hope this prompts a flurry of gift giving and emails hehehe.

Love you loads and think of you often

I remember a jim who sat at the end of the bar at dave's restaurant. i was a bartender there in the winter and spring of 2001. is this you. the jim i'm thinking of had the house right over the bridge from cross-creek? anywho, planning a trip down after five (almost six)years. how is the scene? has the demographic changed? and what's all this about salva vida, no one drinks the green beer anymore? hope all is well.
